The pressure type spray drying and cooling granulator is a device which uses pressure atomizer to atomized liquid or slurry material into tiny droplets by means of the pressure of diaphragm pump, so that the surface area is significantly increased, and it can be quickly dried (ten seconds to tens of seconds) by hot exchange with hot air to obtain powder or fine particle products.

Note: 1. The evaporation capacity of water is related to material characteristics and evaporation temperature. In this table, the air inlet temperature is 150 ~ 160 ℃.
