The new pleated filter cartridge is used to replace the filter bag used by the original bag filter. It has the advantages of large filtering area, compact structure, small occupation space, high filtering efficiency, simple and convenient use and maintenance. It can completely replace the traditional bag filter in many industrial fields.

Due to the reduction of ventilation area and atmospheric velocity and the obstruction of inclined baffle, most of the coarse particles in the gas are separated by inertia force and directly fall into the ash hopper. The dust containing gas enters the filtering area of the filter cartridge in the middle box, the air flow passes through the filter cartridge, and the dust is blocked outside the filter cartridge. The purified gas enters the upper box body through the filter barrel mouth and is discharged from the air outlet. As the filter cartridge in the middle tank adopts the vertical quick installation structure, the surface of the filter cartridge is relatively smooth, and the compressed air controlled by the pulse valve automatically circulates and continuously sprays. Compared with the bag filter, it is easier to clean the surface ash and restore good filtering effect.
